Women’s personalised run coaching + strength coaching
A$350/month
With extensive experience working with runners and endurance athletes in physiotherapy private practice, Kate has also taught female physiology at university level and conducted cutting edge research on topics such as endometriosis in high performance female athletes and the physiology of female runners.

Personalised triathlon coaching + strength coaching

Our comprehensive triathlon coaching package for athletes looking to optimise their performances for both short and long course racing. With triathlon coaching delivered by Nick and strength training from Kate, our athlete-first approach always prioritises the unique needs of each individual.

Nick’s racing experience includes progressing from age-grouper and 70.3 AG World Champion to racing professionally for nine years with multiple Ironman podium finishes, as well as competing in both the 70.3 & Ironman World Championships.
Over the last decade Nick and Kate have worked with athletes of all levels, from first-timers to World Championship qualifiers and professionals.
